Since I have been going through some health…difficulties, I am as out of shape as an 80-year-old in a nursing home. I was on bed rest for about 3 months (due to a heart issue), and now that I have been given the “all clear,” I need to get back into shape ASAP.
I found some pictures of 80-year-olds doing yoga to give me inspiration and hope… 😉
One of my best friends told me about this 30-day yoga challenge on YouTube, and I have to decided to challenge myself, and all of you, to do it!!
All the videos are 20 mins or under, so it’s not a huge time commitment.

Thanks for sharing this, I might give it a try (starting after Easter when things settle down). I love yoga and it is amazing how fast you will see progress in your flexibility and strength! Do post updates often!!
